Dr. Crutcher is a keynote speaker and presenter on the subjects of cross-cultural mentoring and educational disparities for educational institutions, the medical field, and regional and national organizations.
At the Harvard University School of Medicine, she has served as a senior fellow and mentor for the Oliver Wendell Holmes Society and has been a member of the Multicultural Fellows Committee and the Cross Cultural Care Committee. She is also a co-founder of the Seeds of Hope program.
From 2004-2014, she served as Presidential Spouse and Senior Mentoring Consultant at Wheaton College, Norton, MA and she is now Presidential Spouse and Mentor at the University of Richmond, Richmond, VA.
She also currently serves as Executive Mentor at the Graduate School of Miami University, Oxford, OH, where she provides cross-cultural mentoring workshops and facilitations to doctoral students, faculty, and staff.
A member of the Harvard Club, Dr. Crutcher serves as a University Scholar for the National Center for Bioethics at Tuskegee University, and also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
